The creation of the Autonomous University of Entre Ríos (UADER) in 2000, arose in response to the challenges that challenge the social, economic, political and cultural life of the Entre Rican community.The need to find new horizons for various problems, mobilized the will of the Provincial State and Municipal States, and some civil society organizations linked to production and education, to build and project an institutional space with democratic support to implement new educational policies.
