UNIVERSITY SYSTEM OF MARYLAND MOMENTUM FUND
Launched in 2016 with a $10 million commitment from the University System of Maryland (USM), the Maryland Momentum Fund invests in USM-affiliated companies to support entrepreneurism, catalyze outside investment in early-stage startups, and foster economic development and technology commercialization. USM combines the power of its member institutions provide students access to world-class resources and ensure that those resources are used efficiently, effectively, and sustainably.
