ASTERRA was founded in 2013 as Utilis, and has been providing its Recover satellite-based leak detection product to utilities since 2016. With no equipment or CAPEX spending necessary, the solution and pricing is attractive to small or large utilities alike. Based on our success with leak detection, ASTERRA has launched new data products using our patented ability to detect any soil moisture below ground, bringing to market true satellite-based infrastructure intelligence.
