uZoom allows users to request a private streaming video session from another user, by geolocation in real-time. During that stream, the two users can chat, and through chat or on-app instructions (arrows, focus-boxes, etc.) the person requesting the video can “control” their experience. The person requesting the video pays for the other user’s time and rates that person’s quality. People agreeing to shoot videos voluntarily accept to shoot video for someone else.
