Veresen Midstream is a leading western Canadian natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) midstream business with a focus on providing flexible and innovative natural gas and NGL processing service solutions to the producer community in Alberta and British Columbia. Formed in 2014, Veresen Midstream is the largest independent processor of Montney gas with over 1.5 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of processing capacity. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Veresen Midstream is jointly owned by Pembina Pipeline Corporation and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, a leading global investment firm.
