VisionChina Media Inc. operates an out-of-home digital mobile TV advertising network in China. Its combined bus and subway networks reach over 221 million residents across China. In each of the cities in which it operates, it has contractual or direct investment arrangements with the local television station as well as the station’s mobile broadcast subsidiary. These long-term relationships provides domestic and multinational corporations a unique media opportunity to reach massive Chinese audiences. As of December 31, 2012, the company’s advertising network included 108,567 digital television displays on mass transportation systems in 19 cities.
