Vlinder’s mission is to empower people to make a planetary impact. We reinforce high-quality climate projects with smart capital and innovation. We identify, de-risk and finance early-stage climate projects. To bootstrap them, we use blended finance including private equity, loans, grants, bond issuance. We structure future emission reductions and removals as investable products, such as project carbon sharing agreements, forward offtake agreements, etc., and offer them to institutional an... d retail clients. We develop a technical and legal tokenization framework for carbon products in compliance with the EU regulation requirements, and organize a blockchain-based platform to enable a secondary market with transparent price discovery and settlement. We reinvest carbon proceeds from the sales of carbon instruments to finance new carbon removal projects in our pipeline. Secondary revenue streams are the exchange's trading and listing fees, broker services and consulting service fees.More
