VS design and manufacture low cost industrial robots, both bespoke machines from one to five axes and standard multi-purpose robots. Applications include: MIG welding, palletizing, adhesive dispensing, routing, drilling, plasma profiling, laser cutting, oxy-fuel profiling, assembly work, pick and place, and many others. All machines are very ruggedly built, require almost no maintenance and are straight forward to operate, they offer significantly lower initial and operating costs than compara... ble equipment. Coding is simple, as all machines use the industry standard G code, the same code that has been used for many years by nearly all cnc machines including; profile cutters, lathes, mills etc. Programs can be created by teaching, by writing, by using a cadcam system or of course by a combination of all of them. In addition we include software to convert .dfx files. The VS70 range are all network ready, meaning they can be plugged straight into a Windows network for even simpler file transfers.
