Walliance is a digital platform that combines investment and financing opportunities in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, accessible through various financial instruments, including Equity, Lending, and Debt crowdfunding. Aiming to provide a solution to the complexities encountered in these sectors, Walliance was founded in Trentino (Italy) in 2016 and became operational with the first project in September 2017. Walliance was the first equity crowdfunding platform in Italy to receiv... e authorization from CONSOB to raise venture capital for real estate projects. In November 2023, Walliance obtained authorization to also operate as a Società di Intermediazione Mobiliare (SIM) in Italy and, under the freedom to provide services, in France and Spain. The company also has specific authorization as an authorized crowdfunding portal at the European level.
