West Coast Training, in Woodland, Washington, provides year-round vocational training in industrial trades. Courses are short-term and take place throughout the year. West Coast Training participates in several tuition assistance programs, as well. West Coast Training’s programs teach students such industrial skills as: * Heavy equipment operations * Crane operations * Hazmat West Coast Training also offers a commercial driver’s license course. Students learn through hands-on act... ivities and receive their own equipment, which they work with throughout their program. West Coast Training’s programs are also short-term, usually taking three to eight weeks to complete. West Coast Training offers tuition assistance through organizations like: * Division of Vocational Rehabilitation * Veteran’s Administration * BIA benefits for Native American students Students may also apply for private loans and outside scholarships and grants.
