WHITMAN PETERSON
Whitman Peterson (“WP”) is a real estate private equity company investing in and actively managing opportunistic real estate investments on behalf of institutional investors. WP’s approach is to form proprietary investment partnerships with a select group of the nation’s leading operating companies in its target sectors (lodging, multifamily, and seniors housing) to enable them and WP to execute with scale during the window of greatest opportunity. Since late 2010, Whitman Peterson has... formed three strategic partnerships with prominent operating companies through which WP and these firms have invested in the acquisition or development of more than 100 properties, with an aggregate capitalization of over $4 billion. The firm has investments across 50+ markets in the US and has recently made its first international investments in London (UK).
