WILDLIFE RESCUE ASSOCIATION OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
Wildlife Rescue Association of BC is a rehabilitator of wild animals and provides professional care for an average of 5,000 animals in distress. They rehabilitate wildlife affected by human activity and provide education to the public on co-existing with urban wildlife. With a team of professional wildlife rehabilitators and an army of volunteers, they are able to provide temporary refuge to a diverse range of animals. They are not a wildlife sanctuary and once the animals in their care are healthy and ready to live in the wild, they release them back into their natural habitat.
