WINEBRENNER THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY
Students from diverse denominations and educational backgrounds may find a program of interest at Winebrenner Theological Seminary (WTS). Located in Findlay, Ohio, WTS’ academics consist of master’s degrees in: * Church Development * Divinity * Family Ministry * Theological Studies Winebrenner also awards a bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies, in conjunction with University of Findlay. Winebrenner also has a set of diploma programs for individuals who don’t have a bache... lor’s degree or a formal education in religious studies. The school awards such diplomas in: * Biblical Studies * Discipleship Studies * Pastoral Training Winebrenner’s students come from various religious backgrounds. While most of them are Christian, they represent more than 30 different denominations within the faith. The school offers its degree students a variety of ministry opportunities. Students may elect to work as a victim advocate at a local family resource center, as a director of youth ministries or as a children’s or adult pastor. Admissions requirements for Winebrenner’s degree programs include possession of a bachelor’s degree and submission of an admissions application and transcripts. Applicants must also demonstrate proficiency in Hebrew and Greek. WTS’ financial aid programs include federal student loans, WTS grants and grants from churches. Students may also apply for WTS emergency loans to help cover non-tuition expenses.
