WINTERGREEN PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
The Wintergreen Property Owners Association (WPOA) is made up of the owners of all Wintergreen properties, including the autonomous Wintergreen Resort. The majority of the board of directors of the association is elected by the members on a yearly basis. The main majority of WPOA's revenue comes from annual assessments imposed by the board on all Wintergreen property owners.
