Launched in 2017, Work America Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm based in Houston, Texas We currently oversee a $20M fund invested exclusively in Houston-based companies in an effort to turn the city into a premier hub for entrepreneurship. Our first fund has 40+ limited partners and is targeting a 2-3X return over 5-8 years The Cannon, our wholly-owned co-working space and startup incubator, offers a one-of-a-kind ecosystem for startup growth and is a unique contributor to the development of our portfolio companies.
