(XVR) is an eyecare-focused, telehealth, medical device company designed to market the next generation of diagnostic screening equipment for use by ophthalmologists, optometrists, primary care providers, and technicians within eye care clinics. Our products are multi-functional pieces of diagnostic screening equipment that use a highly evolved eyecare device that employs the latest technology in eye-tracking software (ETS), artificial intelligence (A.I.), and virtual reality (V... .R.). A retinal display delivers accurate and cost-effective solutions in diagnosing various diseases including glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration. Xenon-1 (X1), XVR’s first device, is a virtual reality headset worn as a goggle around the head. This uses advanced technology to condense the equipment needed to perform an eye examination into one portable device. X1 (and subsequent models) will replace the multiple pieces of equipment used in an eye care provider’s office and the cost of the necessary equipment will be reduced to a fraction of the normal expenditures made by doctors.
