Code school graduates are given 6 months of consistent on the job support at amazing companies to ensure their success as entry-level engineers. Companies are given access to a vetted pipeline of highly skilled diverse talent as well as entry-level candidate onboarding resources to increase bandwidth on their engineering teams. Our process helps solve a much-needed problem of increasing access for companies to this highly capable pipeline of career switchers.
