YELLOWSTONE BAPTIST COLLEGE
The Yellowstone Baptist College in Billings, Montana, affiliated with the Montana Southern Baptist Convention, is a theological undergraduate college that offers students an education in the Bible and Christian-related subjects to develop both professional and non-professional church leaders of the future. Academics offered at Yellowstone include a bachelor’s of arts in Christian Leadership, available with a choice of four minors: * Pastoral Ministries * Youth Ministries * Missions ... * Biblical Language The Christian Leadership degree is designed to provide basic preparation for ministerial leadership in a local church or Christian organization, or for further religious studies. To obtain this degree, students must complete the specified number of hours in General Education, Foundational Christian Studies, and Professional Studies course categories. Additional graduation requirements include upholding the College Code of Conduct, maintaining an ethical character, demonstrating computer proficiency, and participating in annual commencement ceremonies. Admissions require incoming students to have taken the optional writing test on the ACT or the optional readiness test on the SAT. The college also offers an early admission program, wherein current high school seniors may dual-enroll and take two courses at the college each semester. The Yellowstone Baptist College receives no federal aid, but its costs are maintained as low as sound business practices permit to give students the opportunity to become part of Christ’s ministry.
