YESCAPA

Yescapa is a rental platform for motorhomes and travel vehicles between individuals founded in 2012 by Benoît Panel and Adrien Pinson. The company that began calling itself AlquilarMiAutocaravana has not gone through the hands of any accelerator but the French mentoring program 'The Family'. The results cannot be better, in just three years, Yescapa has85,000 registered users in France, Germany, and Spain. The proper functioning of the idea is due, in part, to its success in the two rounds of ... financing that it has closed to date. The first in 2014 for a value of 550,000 euros, and the last one in September 2016 for 3 million euros. In this last round it has been capitalized only by MAIF Avenir , an investment fund, belonging to the MAIF insurer, specialized in collaborative economics, the digital world and innovation. MAIF Avenir joins the capital of Yescapa's historical associates, which are Frédéric Mazzella and Damien Grulier (co-founders of BlaBlaCar ), Stéphane Romanyszyn (founder of Entreparticuliers.com), Thierry Vandewalle and Xavier Gury (WINDEST fund), Laurent Mouflin (Pax Corporate Finance), The Family, and Arnaud Lecherf. Yescapa has been recognized with several awards in France, for the originality and usefulness of the idea. In addition, its differential value lies in the rental of camper vans and camper vans between individuals in a simple and fast way through its web platform, allowing users to enjoy innovative and unique trips under the parameters of simplicity, trust, and safety.
