ZOVOLT LTD
ZoVolt is a wireless sensor manufacturer based in the United Kingdom. ZoVolt specializes in ZigBee based wireless sensors that communicate with users' mobile devices and visualize the information collected by the sensors. Their first product is a dry-contact, wireless ECG (electrocardiogram) heart rate sensor that fits in the palm of your hand. The sensor accurately monitors a patient's heart rate and ECG data, enabling doctors to track discrepancies. ZoVolt has been in R&D phase since 2010 under the name Ultima Software Ltd, having collaborated on EU FP7 projects with universities across Europe to form as the basis for the sensor range. In October 2012 the company was officially registered in the UK as ZoVolt Limited, to begin trading.
