The agency serves Ukrainian as well as Russian clients through an office in Krasnogorsk in the Moscow region. The website currently operates solely in Russian Language. AdCenter is a Ukraine-based company that was founded in 2012 by Vadim Rogovskiy. The company was later acquired in 2014 by a U.S.-based company, VertaMedia.
