The Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association represents craft-specific mechanics in the aviation industry. In accordance with the National Mediation Board Rules and the dictates of the organization, members are only aircraft maintenance technicians and related employees. As the voice of skilled craftsmen and women, AMFA is committed to elevating the professional standing of technicians and to improving their wages, benefits, and working conditions.
