Founded in 1984, Alpha Capital is a private equity investment firm which provides equity financing for promising growth businesses and for buyouts or recapitalizations of established companies. The investment activity of Alpha Capital is concentrated in the greater Midwest, however, Alpha will consider investments on nationwide basis. Currently, Alpha Capital Partners and affiliates manage over $135,000,000 in three venture capital partnerships and other equity accounts. With approximately $90 million of capital, Alpha Capital's latest limited partnership fund is actively investing at this time.
