Amplifica manages multiple brands or stores within a single physical space. All these stores are visible separately to the end customer through multiple Delivery and E-Commerce platforms, but inside they are all operated by Amplifica. Generated economies of scale that make the decision to open their own stores by brands makes no sense. Opening a dark store for a company can be just as expensive as opening a traditional store, since it requires personnel, a physical location, contracts, insuranc... e, patents, etc. In May 2020, Amplifica Dark Stores was born with a first location in Santiago of Chile. Our concept, revolutionary for the time, quickly aroused the attention of various clients and generated significant traction for us from day one. Our company makes the delivery of products more efficient and expeditious, but remains โ€œin the darkโ€ or in the โ€œbackstageโ€, allowing stores to use our storage and delivery service operating under their own brand towards the final customer. In October 2020 we opened our second Dark Store, and in December 2020 we opened the third, consolidating ourselves as the largest Dark Store network in Chile in just 7 months of operation. In December 2020, we won a SSAF from Corfo, which prompted and allowed us to continue working on improving our internal processes, our team and, above all, our technology, which is why we began the development of our administration software of Dark Stores. At the beginning of 2021, after some conversations with various investors, we accepted the investment of one of them for an amount of US $350,000, which allowed us to accelerate the development and hiring of excellent human capital. With the arrival of the pandemic around the world, the race of large stores began to capture the demand for online sales. However, the brands arrived late and badly to join this revolution which, according to experts, advanced us 5 years in the future in terms of online demand. Fortunately, at that time, Amplifica already had its first distribution centers. In the middle of 2020 Amplifica makes a raise for a little more than a million dollars under the Croufounding platform Broota. Today we have more than 100 active clients (stores), a unique software that is constantly improving and a team of more than 15 professionals of the highest quality that can be found. With all these assets, we have our sights set on the Latin American region to later land in markets such as North America and Europe. We are confident that we have laid a firm and solid foundation to ensure controlled and successful expansion and scalability.
