Andersen Tax is an independent tax firm, providing a wide range of tax, valuation, financial advisory, and related consulting services to individual and commercial clients. The firm is comprised of over 700 personnel located in 18 major U.S. cities and has a presence in Europe through an international entity it is creating called Andersen Global. Andersen Tax encompasses advisors with previous experience in international accounting firms, law firms, IRS, and state taxing authorities. Many of its advisors hold multiple professional credentials and have depth in a wide range of capabilities allowing it to provide clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions. It was founded in 2002 by Arthur Andersen under the name WTAS.
