Bharatpedia is a free, online encyclopedia written and maintained by a community of volunteer contributors through a model of open collaboration, using a wiki-based editing system. The site was created using the MediaWiki software and is an open-source where anyone can share their knowledge with or without an account. Unlike traditional encyclopedias, Bharatpedia follows the procrastination principle regarding the security of its content. It started almost entirely open—anyone could create a... rticles, and any Bharatpedia article could be edited by any reader, even those who did not have a Bharatpedia account.
