Caledonia Spirits operates a craft distillery firm created to support working landscapes and local agriculture. The distillery produces the Bar Hill Gin, Tom Cat Gin, and Barr Hill Vodka, all of which feature raw honey and other ingredients including grains sourced as locally and as organically as possible.
