CASE uses context data and its own algorithm to make grades comparable across programmes and countries. Based on the long-term educational achievement of applicants the CASE Score predicts hiring and job-performance better than assessment tests and is available from the start of the applicaiton process without requring further effort from candidates and companies. More than 20 comanies rely on CASE Scores including McKinsey, Porsche, Deutsche Telekom, Evonik Industries and KPMG.
