FitBoomBah is the first online marketplace specifically designed to sell healthcare products and services at a savings to help consumers reduce their out-of-pocket spending on expenses not typically covered by traditional health insurance, such as dental, vision, fitness, weight loss, nutrition, massage, cosmetic procedures, chiropractic and holistic care, and over-the-counter medications. FitBoomBah will drive revenue primarily through an ad server model as well as growing consumer transaction volume on the marketplace. The ad server model will generate Merchandising and Sponsorship fees for premium product placement on our site and will be the largest component of our revenue for the next 18 months. We will also earn a percentage of each consumer transaction generated on the site, and this will ultimately be the largest component of our revenue.
