The Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) is an Institution of a Public Character positioned as a capability builder in the non-profit sector in Singapore. CNPL’s mission is to advocate planned leadership and to nurture leadership capability for the non-profit sector. Our goal is to help the non-profit sector create a leadership pipeline and build effective boards. We provide an effective framework that takes a holistic view of supporting Board Members, Executive Directors and High Potential... s of Non-Profit Organisations (NPO) in the area of Talent Management and its alignment to organisational mission. CNPL takes a strategic as well as a programmatic approach to engaging their beneficiary clients. Their strategic partnership approach entails that they engage deeply and holistically with non profit leaders to achieve leadership outcomes across the organisation while their programs address transitional leadership gaps. CNPL's programmes and beneficiary engagement are designed based on: • Talent Sourcing - Identifying the right leaders or potential leaders, • Development - Nurturing the leadership journey, • Alignment - Evaluations and Assessments to facilitate Succession Planning. In supporting the sector to strengthen the leadership of charity organisations through evidence-based solutions, we enable them to run their charities with good governance and best practices. This in turn ensures sustainable and high quality services for their beneficiaries which include children/youth at risk, the elderly, the disabled, families at risk, animal welfare, environment, education, health, sports, arts and heritage.
