Coast Financial Holdings is a registered bank holding company formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning all the common stock of Coast Bank, a Florida state-chartered bank that opened for business in April 2000. As of June 30, 2003, we had total consolidated assets of approximately $209.2 million, net loans of approximately $144.0 million, loans held for sale of approximately $17.3 million, deposits of approximately $163.4 million, and repurchase agreements of approximately $19.7 million.
