E3NEO will operate as a separate entity within the Ranpak organization. Due to the differences in sales process and expertise required, the sales organizations will not be integrated. But as both organizations focus on packaging applications and their solutions can be complementary there are clear touch points between the two: “Although E3NEO projects are unique and customer specific, there are logical points of interaction with the existing Ranpak organization in the areas of lead generation, business development and our existing distribution partners. We will stimulate these as they will help us accelerate growth” Kovach explains.
