East Asia Holdings Investment is holding company and operates through its subsidiaries Fujian Qiu Zhi Sportswear and Fujian Quanzhou New East Asia Shoes. It mainly provides casual shoes for general leisure activities, running shoes for jogging, skateboard shoes, basketball shoes, and tennis shoes, and apparel, such as men’s and women’s sportswear under the brand name Qiu Zhi. Since 2016, the company has been creating new growth capabilities through investments in the healthcare industry. The company acquired a stake in a local hospital in China through a local subsidiary in China in 2017 and made an investment in Luxe Heritage Management Limited, which controls two local hospitals in China in 2018 and will continue to invest in local general hospitals in China in the future.
