It owns 99.2% of the partnership units of its Operating Partnership, and 0.8% of the partnership units are held by the former owners of its initial properties and assets.In January 2012, the Company completed the purchase of The Reserve on Stinson near the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.
