Elite Group is an investment platform focused on developing Chinese private-run education. Since 1993, Elite Group has been investing in private education and subsequently opened 5 schools in Shijiazhuang and Beijing, namely Shijiazhuang Elite Middle School, Shijiazhuang Foreign Language Elementary School, Elite Future School, Hebei Media Institute, and Beijing institute of Performing Arts, of which, Hebei College of Communications is the first privately-run ordinary institutions of higher learning and the third communication college after Communication University of China (CUC) and Zhejiang Institute of Media nationwide. Upon the approval of NOCFL, it cooperates with University of Brasilia in Brazil to run Confucius Institute.
