ExtremoChem is a Portuguese company devoted to the development and commercialization of novel small synthetic molecules for the stabilization of biologicals. ExtremoChem is based on a multidisciplinary team of researchers from the Instituto de Tecnologia Química e Biológica, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (ITQB) and Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa. The technology is inspired by nature’s ability to sustain life under extreme conditions. New molecules have been synthesized and ... developed for use as new excipients for the stabilization of proteins.
