FIBER-X
Fiber-X is concept development company for specialty bio-based fiber "game-changer" concepts to replace plastics materials by utilizing agrofibers (straw, hemp, etc.). Fiber-X has helped to commercialize biobased concepts of >1bn € and developed for example the straw-fiber beer bottle for Carlsberg. In 2021 we're developing 100% cellulose / hemp-based biocomposite suitable for strong injection molds, bottles, replace reinforced platics. Company has 3 Centers of Excellence located in Finland, Sweden and India.
