First Choice Green Solutions (FCGS) is seeking investment up to $5M to meet current demand and development efforts on multiple opportunities. To date, FCGS has three (3) existing long-term contracts worth $45M. Incepted in 2013, FCGS began as an offshoot of First Choice Tree Service; a tenured green waste management company, serving Southern Nevada for the last two decades. FCGS was created to handle logistics, preparation and delivery of various waste streams in customized form as feedstock for... Waste-to-Energy technology. Through Waste-to-Energy technology, most waste can be used as renewable feedstock to produce thermal and electrical energy in modular, on-site locations. FCGS has worked closely with Integrated Energy Solutions (IES) on a high profile Department of Defense Waste-to-Energy project for the last three (3) years. IES was the first to use the pyrolysis process as a solution for converting all forms of waste to energy. Recently, FCGS acquired IES and is pleased to complete our turnkey offering through the addition of the actual Waste-to-Energy technology that we currently provide feedstock and plant maintenance for. Our vertically integrated capabilities allow us to utilize municipal solid waste, woody biomass, medical waste and tires as feedstock; providing a clean, net-zero energy product, greater local energy security and lower GHG emissions. FCGS provides waste handling, landfill diversion, recycling, waste-to-energy (design, build, operate, own, maintain) and O&M services. We are able to perform each of these services alone or in any combination to meet specific customer needs. Integrated Energy has received all Air Permitting approvals. The Air Permitting and Environmental is in the most stringent Air Quality Management District (AQMD) in the US, located in Southern California.More
