As a result of acquisition of Fontana Distribution LLC by INgrooves, Fontana Distribution LLC’s name was changed to INgrooves Fontana. The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Universal City, California. As of March 2, 2012 INgrooves Fontana operates as a subsidiary of INgrooves.
