Fortem Resources is a diversified natural resource company, with mainly oil and gas assets in North America and Internationally. The Company is engaged in the business of seeking out, evaluating and acquiring working interests in oil and gas and other resource projects in North America and internationally. Fortem’s strategy remains focused on developing quality energy projects with lower risk profiles and identified upside potential. The Company will continue to pursue those projects that provide the potential to maximize and grow shareholder value. Fortem Resources holds five wholly own subsidiaries named Rolling Rock Resources, Black Dragon Energy, Colony Energy, Big Lake Energy and City of Gold.
