A small, selective school, George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon, offers a truly integrated, Christian education where academics, creative pursuits, social activities and service all come together. Additionally, students may participate in spiritual organizations and student clubs. Since George Fox is selective in its admissions process, the average GPA of an admitted student is 3.6. Other factors that are taken into account in the admissions process are ACT or SAT scores and extracurricular activities. The majority of financial aid is given out through school scholarships based on academic merit and federal grants based on financial need.
