Katz Group Real Estate (KGRE) is leading the development of ICE District in downtown Edmonton. With more than $2 billion committed to be invested in Phase 1, ICE District is a 25-acre mixed-use development featuring commercial, residential, retail and public space. ICE District is anchored by Rogers Place, the class of North American sports and entertainment venues, which KGRE and OEG developed and opened in fall 2016 in partnership with the City of Edmonton.
