Levelup is a startup accelerator based in the Kotka Region of Finland. They bring together startups from all over the world to participate in a 15-week program that empowers entrepreneurs to develop game-changing opportunities in Finland – home to the globally renowned Slush Conference and Startup Sauna. Kotka, their seaside community is rooted on tradition and hard work. Restless like jazz we refuse to stay put. There’s something different about Kotka – that’s why, for instance, Google decided to put its data center in the neighborhood.
