Mandalon Technologies offers electronic packaging partner from prototype to production. company with special knowledge The company was founded in 1999 with roots in the sensor business S-SENCE at Linköping University. Since then, the company has involved the assembly and wire bonding of sensors, MEMS structures and ASICs and in 2001 Mandalon's first own assembly lab was built. In 2002, Mandalon Corporation and ISO 9001: 2008 certification were active 2008-2015. From 2017 we are certified according to ISO 9001: 2015. Mandalon has been an active member since the start of the Swedish Electronics Industry Association.
