Master of Malt is a multi-award-winning online drinks retailer that uses advanced technology to empower its passionate band of spirits lovers and beer nuts to deliver the world’s best drinks buying experience. We (re-)started MoM because we were fed up buying from companies who were poor, knew it, and didn’t care. We were fed up with all the things it seems you have to accept when dealing with online businesses – unanswered emails, being passed from pillar to post by an IVR system that seems designed to make you hang up, and policies which ensure that when you finally do get through to someone, they are powerless to help you. We were fed up with being treated as if we didn’t matter, by people who didn't care.
