Mediseen EHealth is a next-generation, web-based, and patient-centric software platform for handling patient's drug-related problems. The platform interfaces with the customer's electronic health record or similar patient/medication management platform synchronize data from global databases and offer a variety of features. The platform also features a one-glance user interface. The DDI+ enables healthcare professionals to promptly detect, prioritize, and solve patients' DRPs and improve patient care. The system is intended to assist healthcare professionals in a variety of settings including acute care, ambulatory care, retail/specialist pharmacies, transitional care platforms, and pharmacovigilance.
