MEGA holding is a company founded in July 2017 in Milan. The corporate objective is to invest the shareholder's funds in acquisitions of major or minor shares of other companies operating in the food sector: companies that have a strong potential growth which needs to be boosted and an innovative business model. MEGA holding operates by supporting the companies in which it has invested by bringing in specialised services and useful points of contact with other businesses, creating synergies between the various companies with the objective of maximising the growth process.
