Monific was founded in 2018, due to the need of financial inclusión, democratize the real estate sector, and lack of accesibility to prosperous real estate investments in Mexico. We merge technology, real estate and tourism into a platform that offers investment opportunities accesible to all. Monific is the first Crowdfunding platform that breaks barriers to entry into real estate investment specialized in the tourism sector. We have created a collaborative economy that allows all participants to potentially win attractive returns.
