NH Integrated Health Care provides ready access to programs or services for the patient or client. Patients are seen in person and remotely via TeleHealth visits. They can receive the medical care they need from the comfort of their own homes, safely and conveniently. These services include diabetes treatment, weight loss, nutrition therapy, fitness training, and Lyme disease treatment.
