NORIS-ARBEIT

The Noris-Arbeit (NOA) was founded in 1991 as a municipal employment company by the city of Nuremberg to address "socially disadvantaged groups of people who live in Nuremberg (people with social difficulties, long-term unemployed, younger unemployed with poor entry requirements for professional integration, older unemployed, etc.) to enable access to permanent gainful employment and social participation by providing temporary work opportunities in our own workshops and by “working for third parties”, through qualification and advice ”.
